Welcome to True Northern Samoyeds!

We are a small kennel breeding for quality and great minds! Our Samoyed puppies get lots of attention and love, raised with our family on our acreage. We are located in Rocky Mountain house Alberta, and we have just started our breeding program! Our dogs are raised with our family on the farm. These dogs make the best family pets with their happy go lucky personality and beautiful renown ”Sammy smile”. Most of our dogs are imported from over seas. We like to see a bear like face on our samoyeds. Thick white coat and solid body! Bred for pulling and agility, we feed our dogs a Canadian made dog food made from lamb and rice, we also feed raw food and bone for them to chew.

A Furever Friend

This breed can be such an amazing addition to your family! Great with kids, very happy and loving! However they can be very destructive if left along as they are a high energy dog that requires lots of attention and exercise. Also since they are one of the oldest breeds in the world they are known to “howl“or “talk”. They are a very vocal breed. They are a medium size dog averaging around 50-60 cm tall and weighing in at approx 20-30 kg. And ofcourse all the hair! It’s so fluffy and soft!
